With each cut we aim for 4.5-5 oz. per bar. They are approximately 3” x 3” x 1 1/8” Wrapped with a simple designed cigar band which includes the ingredients on the back.

SOAP CARE
Like any bar of soap, all natural handmade bars prefer to dry out in-between uses. Please use a draining soap dish to help prolong the life of your bars.
These are rather large bars - feel free to cut them in half for easier handling as well as the opportunity to switch scents sooner!
FAQ
How long will it take to receive my online order?
We try to ship all orders within 3 business days. The majority of orders ship USPS priority mail, and depending on where you are located within the US, it will take 1-3 days in transit.
Can I place my order online and pick it up at the retail shop?
Yes you can! Please choose ‘Will Call’ at check out. We will notify you as soon as your order is available for pick up.
What if I entered the incorrect shipping address?
Contact us ASAP! We have no control over the package after it is shipped out. In most cases it will be returned to us, and then we will have to send an additional invoice for shipping to get this out to you, at the correct address.

Where can I send a donation request?
We only accept donation requests from local community members. If you do not live in Yamhill County, please do not contact with donation requests.
Do you do custom soaps for parties, weddings, events, hotels or rentals?
Yes, we’d love to – custom blends are our specialty and often the life of the party. Please reach out via email at info(@)roughcutsoap.com
Can you make me a custom blend for personal use?
Yes we can! You would need to purchase a full loaf - which is (13) 5oz. cut and unlabeled bars. Price depends on ingredients. Lead time roughly 5 weeks (soap takes 4 weeks to cure) Please email to discuss your perfect soap!
Will those pretty botanical toppings clog my drains or effect my septic tank?
Nope! Plumber approved! Most toppings are small and easily passed. If you have a concern, please take a moment to brush the toppings off into your trash prior to using.
Do you ship using plastic free, sustainable packaging?
We sure do try! With that said, we do believe in reusing all inbound packaging to ship out bound. Recycle, reduce, reuse is a motto to live by! If you do receive plastic filler in your package, I reassure you it has been used before, and we hope YOU will put it to good use once again!
Can I submit a guest blog for the website?
Most likely! We love to work with bloggers who have like minded morals and beliefs. If you think this is you and have a subject that aligns with our mission, please reach out! We do not pay but compensate with soap!
Do you have an affiliate program?
Currently we do not. We tried it in the past and at the time it did not seem to be a good fit.
