Custom Loaf Orders
At Rough Cut Soap Co., we understand that sometimes you need a specific scent or customized soap loaf for your personal or business needs. That's why we offer custom soap loaf orders that cater to your specific requirements.
Our custom soap loafs are available in two pricing options. You can buy a single loaf that contains 13 bars of 5oz size, cut and unlabeled, starting at $80. Alternatively, you can purchase loaves in increments of 3, and each loaf will cost you $58.50. However, please note that the pricing mentioned does not include shipping costs.
It is important to note that once you place a custom order, there can be no returns or cancellations as these projects are made to order. So, please make sure that you are satisfied with your order before placing it.

Product Label/Wrap Design for Custom Loaf and Wholesale Orders
If you are interested in having a custom design label wrap for your Rough Cut Soap Co. custom or wholsale products, we are happy to help you out!
Our initial design setup minimum is $150, which covers the design and print file setup of 3 labels. If you need additional labels, it will cost $50 for each additional label.
If you already have product labels with RCS and want to make changes, additions, or edits, it will cost $15 per label. On the other hand, if you want to set up new product labels, it will cost $50 per label.
It's essential to ensure that all branding art files are vector, black, or grayscale, and the art/logo must be a minimum of 1080 px wide at 150-300 dpi. We accept PDF, AI, PNG, and JPG file formats with white or transparent backgrounds.
For font types, we accept TTF or OFT, or you can provide the font name if you are using a Google or Adobe Font.
If you need your logo to be vectorized for print and resizing without losing quality, we can do that for an additional $80-150, depending on the quality of the original art/logo file.
